I've really been in a contest mood lately, I want to read diverse, various poems like crazy!
Enter either your most recent or what you think is your best prewrite.
Preferences:
1) I really go insane for rhyming
2) I would like poems that have not won gold yet only because even though they are probably really amazing, other poets deserve a chance for the gold too
3) No Erotica, please.

Have fun ^-^

Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on June 29, 2008
- Rewards: Gold: 400, Silver: 100, Bronze: 50, Honorable mention: 1 people
- Final notes: First of all, my apologies that it took me such a long to time to judge this contest. During the week my grandmother passed away and I've been caught up with the wake and the funeral and all. Not to mention that this contest successfully reached 152 entries.
I have read each entry and commented fairly. I wish that I had more time to leave better comments but I'm afraid I don't.
This contest was very difficult to judge seeing as all these entries were wonderfully written.
Thank You
-Angi Terese

no way i'll win but hey whats the harm huh?
sorry i cant ryme without feeling stupid... -
Your requirements for this competition seem to contain an inherent contradiction. Surely one's best "prewritten" piece will be one that has won a gold award (assuming, that is, that any of one's work has won gold). And yet you say you do not want poems that have won gold!

Not necessarily

You see some people may feel that their BEST poem has not recieved credit or hasn't been entered into other contests because it didn't fit the proper catagroy.
Also, your best poem differs from the best poem in the contest. Like myself, I've won gold awards, but I feel that some of my unrecognized poems haven't won anything.
So therefore not contradictory really. But I can see where you're coming from.
cleared up?

I entered the only poem I have that rhymes

Thank you for the gold
