1) Write about being judged (ex. race, sexuality etc) those are just examples, but doesn't have to be about only those.
2)Food! Anything about food!
3)Gross me out!
4)Love, forbidden love, broken love, sexy love etc (If you choose this keep in mind that I wouldn't be able to read anything marked under adult etc)
5)Choose a song and be inspired by it (if you choose this you have to include the song in your author notes and who wrote it)
6)Losing a loved one.
7)Your view on society
8)Children Poems
9)Form Poetry, if choosing this please put what form it is
10)Forgivness
11)God
12)Hurting on yourself or over someone else
13)Nature (ex. Glabal Warming)

2)Spell check is your friend.
3)Don't use big words that I can't understand!
4)No IM language
5)If you are really determined to give me an erotic or sensual piece or anything else I wouldn't be able to read then unlabel it or just don't enter!
6)One entry per person.
7)I will not give any warning or DQ anyone for not following rules, that's a waste of my time, however I will not count it as an entry to this contest.
8)If you don't know how to do something..ask!
9)I will judge and comment when I feel like it and that will be most likely when I get enough entries.
10)No specified length, just be reasonable and keep me awake.
