Me, and my ap sister, Manic Panic, are facing writer's block, and we want to snap out of it. I hope You'll help.
First up, this is an options contest... Mainly dark poetry. We really want some skill on our hands. If you want some background information, we both are facing love dilemmas.
Ok, I'll shut up now. Here are the rules .. first up.
♥ 1) We want rhyme... don't know how to do it? Don't enter... Sorry, but we really don't enjoy free verse.
♥ 2) I've allowed more than one write ... But Please NO MORE THAN 3
♥ 3) No Religious or any type of bashing ... you will be reported.
♥ 4) Profanity ... Keep it appropriate. We want poems ... not a cursing contest. But hey, if it gets your point across, do it.
♥ 5) Erotica ... DOES NOT FIT .. nor do we want it even if it fits 
♥ 6) Prewrites are allowed ... BUT .. If any of us commented on it already...no ... and trust me, I'll check even if there are 2164321846313 comments
♥ 7) I dunno .. I just like this number

1) Picture Inspiration. We suck at these. So come, show us how better you are 
. You Have two choices. Use any of the pictures on this contest page. If it helps you, The one with the grave is called, "Surrender" .. and the other one is called, "The Melody of your Demise"

4) Breakup. You heard me. We want a write about this. You make me cry, and you've won. We both just went through one.. no comments on that. We need intense emotions here ( betrayel, deception, lies )
5) Unrequited Love. I know a lot of us relate, and this is too close to me, that's why we dedicated an option to this.
6) Losing a First Love. Hell, it doesn't have to be first, But we want that sense of losing it. Slipping away while you stand there helpless. Don't make it look like a .s l u t. ( he left me, I'm dying, I found another guy ). That = INSTANT disqualification
7) Ahh, My favourite Number.. I'll throw in a tasty option. Write us something dark about Dying. Whether you're dying physically or just on the inside .. It's all good.
8) Counseling. We don't like it. Do you? If you do, please don't enter. I know I feel like cursing that guy out of his socks. Can you do it for us?
9) Self-Mutilation. Both of us here relate. We've stopped, but these urges, they won't run away. SO you can write whether you do it, or have these insane controlling urges.
10) Write us a Lullaby. A dark one. Lets see how good you do.

Disqualification Information
We want NOTHING cliche, we don't want to hear. " Oh, My blood was as red as blood"
NO HAPPY POEMS .. I swear I'll B*tch slap you if you give us them.
READ THE RULES... I don't sit here and crack my brain open to make them for no reason!
IMPORTANT!!!!!
If, for any reason, any of us thinks that your poem does not stand a chance winning, we will disqualify. This way, you'll have another chance to put in something else.
Also, If your poem did not make it to the preliminary list. You stand a better chance putting in a next write!
HOWEVER
Do not take it out untill we have commented!
Contest Date may expand... I really don't think we'll cut it short.

- Final notes: Here we go! This has definitely been my longest contest, and I must say, I was very pleased with the entries. There were some really good ones and some that had the potential to be amazing. But all poetry is awesome, and so are yours.

What I would like to say
I love this whole idea for a contest. Have fun in judging. Hope you cry a little, feel sadistically happy for pain caused to others and find a little peace in your own heartache. I have submitted two prewrites and a new poem, one of my darkest to date. Now I am off to write my dark story. Thank you for setting the mood!
