welcome to another DARK contest! my 28th on this site!
i don't think this has been done before but i could be wrong, hehehe! this will be simple (maybe). you will need to create a list of ten items and i will provide three as an example (listed as follows):
1. twos days (tuesdays)
2. car tunes (cartoons)
3. i scream (ice cream)
i think you get what i'm looking for. you need a list of ten and to exclude using the three examples that are provided. now the catch! you knew there would be for how could it be that simple! the catch is this contest will not close on the date that's posted. it will close between 60-14,321 minutes (not a minute faster or a minute slower). you might be ready to post your entry and the next thing you know itz closed. that's the breaks because that is one of the requirements; to beat the clock whenever the clock might strike. this means you still need to be creative with your list. oops, i almost forgot something else. you don't have to comment on the other entries, but you can't have one of the items posted in an entry that has been submitted before yours. no entry will have a duplicate on their list as someone elses. so this means you better get yours in first for it will require others to think even harder on their list. what an easy contest, hehehe!
if you have any questions concerning this contest, please make them as a comment to this contest and i will answer in a reply. this should be done in case others have the same question.
guess itz time for some rules.
1. no pre-writes (if i did this, it wouldn't be a personal invitation to a contest from theDARK1).
2. one entry per poet.
3. you must meet the requirement as listed in the body of the contest.
4. closing date has been explained (read carefully where this is concerned)!
5. i will comment on every entry (it could be during or after the contest closes for judging).
