This Contest if for the groups Angels Of Thinness-
allpoetry.com/Application/918085 or Left Behind by the Ones You Love-allpoetry.com/Application/815495 ...If you aren't in at least one of the groups, please do not enter, your poem will not be judged.
Rules:
1. 2entries per person, 1 prewrite
2. No excessive swearing
3. Your poem must fit into one of the categories
4. Read and comment on 1 other entry, and try to comment on 1 of my poems
5. Put my new quote, that I made up in the Author comment box 'Striving for the Impossible...Perfection' and the # you chose, also an explanation of you poem.
6. Be in at least one of the groups
Choices:
1. Do you have an eating disorder? Ana, or Mia? Write about it. Tell me your pains, and everyday struggles. Why do you strive to be so skinny, what do you go through?
2. Write about a teen friend that has died. How did it effect your life? Give me Emotion.
3. Do you struggle with acceptance? Do you wish everyone would accept you for dealing with one of the following-Ed's, cutting, sexuality, style(punk, skater, goth, prep)..etc? Tell me about it. Plead with them, explaining how terrible they make you feel.
4. Write about being heart broken. Tell me a story, in a poem.
