I've been going through a lot the last few months, in all reality its been the last year and a half...but pretty much the last few weeks have been the hardest to keep going, and the worse to live through.
Choices:
1. My Angel Jessie died...our birthday is coming up soon, in about a month. Its making me depressed because it will be our 2nd birthday apart from eachother since she left. I always loved that we had the same b-day, but now its haunting me...Write a birthday poem for her and I, saying how hard it would be, give me emotion, but make it sad.
2. Has one of your friends ever died? If not, pretend one did...tell me how it would feel(teens preferably about).
3. I suffer from cutting, anxiety, and maybe an eating disorder...oh yeah, did I say depression?
Write a poem about how I should get help, why I need to get better. Why you would miss me, and need me here. (I dont want pity, I'd just like to see...this choice is for people that know me, my friends, and people in my group ONLY)
4. Tell me a way that you deal with your pain. Me, I dont eat, I dont sleep, I have depression, and I cut. Give me a good or bad, possitive, or negative way to deal with pain..and how it helps you.
5. Write about dying from heart break...why your heart was broken, and how it would feel if you died.
Rules:
1. No chat speak or WrItInG like that..annoying.
2. spell check.
3. In the author comments tell me if the poem is true or not, also put 'I dont want to be remembered weak, but remembered as strong, for all the years I fought to stay alive' a quote by me
4. No more then 3entries a person
5. Originals are perferred, but you can have 1prewrite
6. Comment on one of my poems, and one other entry in the contest (If possible).

Slipped Away is my favoriet song by Avril, and at the moment, Im obsessed with it, and have been for weeks. It is a real meaningful song, and means a lot to me, makes me think so much about Jessie, and my other 3angels...everyone who has ever lost someone should listen to it.
