Which is better?

Second contest. Hope the turn out is better than the first. All you have to do is follow the rules. Period.

This contest is all about the struggle of live vs. death. Which do you think should win? Convince me which one is better. Use personal experiences, society, love, hate, etc. Whatever works for you, really. Just know that any humor or religious references (ie: you're alive cause God wants you to be, so don't kill yourself or you'll go to Hell. blah, blah blah..), won't win. Haikus are doubtful, too. But go ahead an enter them if you like. If you can actually give me a reason to believe life is better than death (or visa versa) in 3 lines and the correct syllabic structure, then hey, go you, i'd definitely be impressed.

Rules:
-prewrites are allowed
-3 per person maximum
-write "in the battle of life vs. death; ____ wins" (put "life" or "death" in the blank space. which ever your poem agrees with) in your author comments
-don't be a sore loser. it pisses me off.
-email/IM me if you have ANY questions, i really am nice. honest.

    I got a much bigger turn out than i had expected. Thanks to all who entered. I enjoyed reading each and every entry. Quite a few managed to sway my reasoning to one side or another, but there were three poems that stood out from the rest and truly made me believe.     lol. Yeah. I'm excited to see what people's minds can think up when they're faced with the decision of what they would rather be: alive or dead. As you said, muy interesante. But since I don't speak spanish, I'll say très intéressant.
