Are These The Last Days???

Hey All,Since this is my first contest I hope I have some entries! This is very simple. You tell me Why you DO or DO NOT think that this is the last days. As a Christian, I believe our time is limited. My beliefs are based on scripture from the Bible. I want to know your beliefs. While you do not have to be a Christian to enter, I do ask that you do not bash my faith!

Now the rules:
1. Write in any style of poetry you like.
2. Enter as many times as you like.
3. No cussing, profanity, erotica or gore.
4. If you enter a pre write, please enter a new poem also.
First Place 300 points
Second Place 200 points
Third Place  100 points
Also, I may have some honorable mentions depending on the entries I get and number of points I have at closing.
*It would be nice if everyone would comment on two other entries.(Just remember, no bashing in comments.)

God Bless and Have Fun!!Hugs, Penny

Wow, Penny! You just asked a mouthful! I'm not sure I should enter: "Bind Up the Testimony, Seal the Law" being a Biblical interpretation of The Revelation. Of course, having that leg up doesn't count for being a poet, which I am not and never will claim to be. So, of course, You and I both know that the time is exceedingly short... any day, any hour now. Let me know your thoughts. Luv ya, sister ~~BonnieQ

Gee, Thanks to all for all the comments!! Looks like this may be an interesting contest! I was asked if it had to be hopefull. All it has to be is Real, what You really believe about the time of the end. Thanks again. God Bless all and good luck in the contest! Hugs, Penny

This always makes for a good contest Penny. I just entered a poem titled "God and Armageddon" in another contest, but I'll try to think of something for this one. Thanks for your encouraging words.

I am glad to see there are a few days left on this one... I finally have an idea and hope to get it put together tomorrow... Thank you for having the courage of your convictions to put this on here.... i am so encouraged to see so many Christian poets here... I know there are many who believe differently that hang here as well, but I am glad we are strongly represented...God Bless, Susan

Aw, Penny! How sweet! "I Wrote the Words" won bronze! There were so many wonderfully written entries by those whom I consider poets, so I'm most surprised, my dear sister in Christ! Hopefully we shall reach one, perhaps two? Lots of love, hugs, kisses and prayers!!! ~~BonnieQ
