Ok ladies and gents, this is simple enough.

I want an essay, about 400 words. On loneliness.

I don't want an experience, I want what it is. Good, Bad, How to get out of it.
Essay form pls. Prewrites are fine, just make them worth it. Yes?
Proper english pls. Add some spice if you like. come on, we all know we can write poetry, but if you can write an essay. you rock!

    Well done to all! Very interesting. I held this competition for one purpose only. To see if there are good writers out there. Writing poetry is one thing. Any little teen angst goth can do that, and yes obviously not with the skill that others posess, but I hope you got my point. I personally love poetry, reading in between the lines and so on.
    But the art of writing is in essays, books, to try write poetry while writing an essay. It's not easy, at all. And those who think it's sooooooooo easy, have an incredible gift, or are doing it utterly and completely wrong.

    I just saw this contest now...I started the essay but I think I'll run out of time. Dammit.
    I was skimming through some of the other entries. It's going to be hard to compete and my style is very different :S
    Oh well, I better get back to writing and hope time doesn't slip by too fast.

    Nice... I'll probably enter. I'm not so sure I'll win or even if I will come close. Might as well try though. It should be fun, and I'm looking forward to reading some good essays from you all. =)
