Your choice of Poem or Story

This is my first contest! YAY!!! *Ahem* OK...

Here are some things you should note:
~This is my first contest, so I don't know how the judging works, so I may not do too good on that part.
~If I get a lot of entries, it will take me a few weeks to get judging complete.
~I prefer your story/poem had a background. It makes it a lot more interesting.    For that matter, pick a background and write about it.

And the Rules:
~NO SWEARING/NUDITY/SEX/VIOLENCE/DRUGS/ALCAHOL/SMOKING/YOU-GET-THE-IDEA
~I PREFER IF IT'S REALISTIC (IF YOU'RE WRITING A STORY IT must BE REALISTIC. IF YOUR WRITING A POEM, IT doesn't have to be REALISTIC)
~IF YOU'RE WRITING A STORY, PLEASE MAKE IT SHORT. I CAN'T WASTE ALL OF MY LIFE, JUST SOME OF IT    
~I DON'T CARE IF IT'S PREWRITTEN/FINAL DRAFT/ALREDY WRITTEN/WRITTEN ESPECIALLY FOR CONTEST. DO WHATEVER YOUR HEART TELLS YOU.    
~I DON'T CARE HOW MANY ENTRIES/PERSON

And the choices:

~A REAL, CHRISTIAN SAINT
~YOUR USERNAME (For example I would write a poem about a rose blossom)
~ANYTHING ELSE EXCEPT FANATSY, HORROR, DEATH, ABUSE, YOU GET THE IDEA... OR LOVE, CAUSE I'M NOT REALLY INTO LOVE SO I MAY NOT JUDGE LOVE POEMS FAIRLY    
Write me a story about:

    I have one question.. could it be previously written? I just got done with a story and posted it a bit ago for a diff. contest, could I add it here? I worked realllllllllllllly hard on it so.. any answers would be appreciated.. uhm.. I dont know when Id check back here again so if you could IM me with the answer (simple yes.. it could be prewritten, or no.. Id like new ones written for only this contest) thanks and uhm.. if you need help with judging Ill help and good luck judging and good luck anyone entering

    (Mystikal, that story of your is so cute and meaningful and full of truth, and... and... I love it!!
    Fuzz, that poem made me think. It made me think hard. I wasn't expecting the ending, but it was still so beautiful!
    oboeplaysmandie, no way was gonna let that poem go by without winning. It has beautiful imagery and wording. And it was about me! )
