Recently I have been neglecting my allpoetry account and have found that I have too many points sitting around being laid to waste. I know there is writers out there who could use them more than I could so here we go.
For this contest all I ask for is YOUR BEST POEM. I want you to submit a poem that you feel is your best work to date. So pre-writes are more than welcome. Think hard about what poem you decide to enter and please, PLEASE, have fun!
All kinds of poetry and or prose is welcome, just give me your masterpiece.
I've never been a fan of rules so just submit whatever the hell you want, however the hell you want to. All subjects and styles welcome.
First prize- 450 points
Second prize- 100 points
Third prize- 50 points
I'm expecting some magnificent poetry so I also will be rewarding four Honorable Mentions.
