This morning I was out walking my dog through a patch of woods we have behind the house and I came upon the remains of a small bird. I've seen death before but for some reason in that moment it struck me as very insightful. There was a tranquility about death that I had never noticed before, but there was also the underlying curiosity of wanting to know what happened, what caused this and why.
So your task here is......
Write about bones. TA-DA!
They can be any kind, birds, wolves, humans whatever you chose I don't care just blow me away.
While writing this piece, I want you to think about who and what they were. Think about their pasts, the mistakes they made, their imperfections, their deep rooted emotions, and most important their flaws.
Personify these bones...
Rules:
If your poem doesn't specify what kind of bones you're writing about please put them in your AN
Other than that begin writing ... make them GREAT or I will be greatly disappointed.
