I want poems about your favorite anime/book/television character. You can like them romantically, friendship-wise, whatever. Just pick someone who means a lot to you and write about them.
Some things to think about; I'm not into teenfluff, so if you write about Twilight/Gossip Girl, stuff like that... I'll be a bit bias... I won't lie to you. If this was you're plan, you'd better make it the best damn poem I've ever read. Good luck.
As for the rest of you, you should still try and make it the best damn poem I've ever read. Especially because the only prize is gold and it's 400 points. That's enough to run your own contest if you hate this one.
