Restricted Contest for UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE group members ONLY

In this conest, You will be asked to write an acrostic using one of the words listed below which describes the word, and gives insight into it's meaning or characteristics. This is an exercise to promote awareness of various things, some of which we despise, others of which we admire and promote.

Each member of UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE can submit up to 2 entries into the contest. We encourage participation by all members (13 at present). I will however try to limit trophies to one per person, but one can be given a trophy and honorable mention.

If you have a word you would like to use to make an acrostic of, please send me a message to approve it first before entrering it.

This is our opportunity as an AP GROUP, to enunciate and emphasize the things for which we have come together as a group to promote.
I am interested in seeing what you will come up with. HAVE AT IT!!

Contest is Over

  • Contest was judged on November 17
  • Rewards: Gold: 600, Silver: 400, Bronze: 200, Honorable mention: 5 people
  • Final notes:
    THis has been for me- a very interesting contest, which has served as a showcase to others what our Group in about, emphasizing both positive and negative viewpoints which our group also seeks to enunciate as we seek to encourgage UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE and a kinder, more peaceful life style and world.
    Though I can not give you all trophies for your efforts and self-expressions shared here-- I do view each of you as winners.
    In the end, I was more attracted to the POSITIVE statements and attitudes , such as our group encourages, although, the negatives also have to be made clear--so by contrast, our emphasis may be made to shine.
    I was really blown away by the sheer beauty of the BEING YOURSELF acrostic-- so I have awarded it the gold. The honor mentions, are in no particular order--You all expressed yourselves well--I commend you all.
    P.S. I have enough Acrostic Themes that were not selected to have another contest, if any are interested in doing it again. I think however, next time I will open it up for all AP members--and again encourage outsiders to become a part of the UA team.
