This is a very strait forward contest, and I hope none of you will have any problems finding the inspiration to enter this.

Now I suppose these topics don't inspire you one hundred percent, but they give you an idea of what kind of poetry I will be basing my decisions on. If you think you can free write me something that will blow my mind, then by all means.

  • Final notes:
    This was a very challenging contest to judge, and I wish I had more points to hand away and there are at least five others who deserved honorable mentions. I will make the next contest larger and everyone will get their deserved merits.
    Reading all your entries on topics I am very passionate about helped me shape my own perspective on thoughts taken from other angles, thank you all for taking the time to pen such brilliance.
