Your Kind of Music

Okay guys, and girls, here's what I want.  I am a guitarist, and I simply love the idea of that mind blowing concert, be it at the amphitheatre downtown in your city, or your significant other playing for you over the phone at midnight; it's all relevant. I want to hear ya'lls dreams of amazing stage stealing shows, or the most seductive tune your lover can play, and anything in between.

Nature's tunes count as well. If closing your eyes and listening to the birds sing and that river off in the distance run is your music, then type it up. That counts too!

Now here is what I want to see in your works:

1. Lots and lost of imagery. A contest like this cannot exist without it.
2. I really would prefer rhyme or rhythmic poems, however free verse is also accepted.
3. Use extremes to drive your point home. Be descriptive with your writings, there's no limit on length!
4. Please respect other peoples works. Do not bash other poems or poets, and try to read and comment on each others poems. It's a courteous thing to do.
5. Don't rape the shift key, that earns an automatic disqualification.
6. Spell check is not a must, but please make it legible.

7. Try to make it from the heart.
8. Above and beyond anything else, Have Fun!
