I fear these days are my final countdown until I leave. I was happy to share laughs and tears with all of you. Through good and the bad I always stood by lendout my hand or my shoulder to lean on. I have made many friends in my time here but I have been hurt too. I can no longer be here and carry what burdens I have. I am sorry I must stop pulling people out of there holes and confineds that bind them to their pain. I never let anything get to me cause I always protected myself, but in late I relieved my protection and was burned faster then I could have even thought possible. I love you all and I love being here doing the things I do but I will not get burned by such things no more. This contest is to show me why I am here. explain to me why I must stay, why should I take these hits? what have I done for you to make you wish me not to disappear? convince me and I will stay but if I feel like I am just a plaything to be messed around with I will be gone for good.

- Final notes: This contest was really hard to judge the many of you wrote to my expectations and gave me the reason I was searching for to stay with you all here. to me this is not a bunch of people with just writting on a screen, it is my family away from my real family that I love and protect with everything I am. You all to me are like the poems I write, Look after and cherished with care and if needed an amend to them I provide only what I have the knowledge too. As for the decition if I am staying or not I feel at this time it is best to say Indeed you will have to put up with me for years to come. I'm sorry to hear another writer is thinking of leaving us.
The reason you are here is to create...not to be destroyed by someone else's nonsense. If they bother you, put them on ignore. Don't let the drama detract you from what you were meant to do, what your heart tells you to write. This world needs all the Poets it can hold. I hope you reconsider, and stay. "Don't let the bastards grind you down", as the saying goes. If you leave, then they win. The rest of us lose.
