What If You Were Dying? (Big Points)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Prompt: You've just been told you are dying with?????? You finish that sentence. What would you do because you only have one year left. Make me cry, make me have hope, make me feel, make me rejoice, tell me what you will miss, how much you will miss it or them, Tell me why you have to cling to earth, when better things might be waiting for you beyond. This does not have to be Christian based but no adult stuff or bad words. Emotions is what I want and please cover a lot of the stuff I want.

HM's might be added. Give me metaphors and good stuff. I may be 13 but I  know what I like in poetry. Make my heart bleed for you. (This can be true or made up)

    A hard one to judge considering the subject matter I had to deal with. I went by which ones touched me in some way the most, either cry or have hope or whatever. All of you did a superb job.     I just wrote a poem for this contest & just now when I go to enter I see it's closed! So disappointed. ~ Kathie
