Looking For a Bigger AP family...

Greetings everyone!

In celebration of my latest trophy, and my return to the world wide web (finally!!!) after a year, I've decided to host yet another contest!

I want to expand my AP family! I've been away for a long time, and need to reconnect.

I'm hoping to draw some entries from old friends, and hoping to make a whole bunch of new ones along the way.

for those of you familiar with me, the rules are pretty much the usual. for those of you who are new to my particular brand of madness, the rules are as follows:

~no chat speak. i really hate it, i'd rather read full english words, not the lazy way we have become accustomed to typing

~no sticky caps. they just annoy me.

~poetry only!!! i'm hoping to do a short story contest soon, but not this round.

so impress me!! nothing is too dark, nothing is off limits, and I enjoy it all.


I make a point to comment on every poem in any of my contests, and i will be honest.

first prize is 500 points, and a really pretty trophy
second prize is 200 points and a pretty trophy
third prize is 100 points and a slightly less pretty trophy.

i'll probably add more points later.

    wow... for my first contest back I am most surprised at the beauty and talent to be found! every poem was wonderful, and I'm not just saying that. you guys made this extremely difficult to judge! everyone go check out the winners, they are awesome... and while you're at it check out every poem in this contest!

    Very interesting contest! I have it bookmarked and will come back soon to enter! I liked your description of the rules and hosting contests with comments are always nice from a judge since so many do not comment on the poems, just hand out trophys to their friends!
