  it will take you a place where on the left hand side there is a link to upload new images. then on your page or the poem or the contest or whatever you put [image _____] the blank being whatever you titled the image.
  
  like on here. the first one i just titled Hate, so I put [image Hate}
  
  ((i hope it doesn't post the image here. if it does, then it is
  [ image Hate ] with no space between open bracket and image, a space between image and Hate, and no space between Hate and the close bracket.
