Hello and welcome to this contest. I had ran several of these a few months ago, but computer probs stopped it being a regular series, so consider this a reboot to the series.
For this contest I would like you to choose one number between 1 and 20 then reserve your place for that number by entering a reserve piece with your chosen number as the title. Please check the list and entries already submitted first to ensure your number hasn't been taken.
I will then send you the Lyric Prompt corresponding to that number and you then have until contest closing date to write your piece in your reserved spot place.
If you recieve a lyric and you don’t think you can work with it, message me and pick another unused number and I will send you another and you can amend the number on your reserved piece, however if you can not work with the second choice then I will not send another.
I will try to keep up to date with numbers that are taken as much as possible, but I cannot be on 24 hours a day so it may be possible that more than one person may choose a number when I am offline. This is why I am asking people to reserve spots with the number in the title, so that it is clear which numbers have been taken whilst I have been offline and not been able to update the list. The person that chooses the number first will be given that title, if someone else has chosen it, I will ask them to pick again. You can ammend and remove the number from your title on contests end. Please also put which number you have chosen and your given title prompt in your author's notes.
Contest will remain open until all 20 prompts are chosen and completed, or on the closing date, if not all are completed in time. HM's may be added. Please read and abide by the rules.

Congrats to all winners (HM's in no particular order) though again, it was hard to judge and I enjoyed each entry in different ways.
Again, as I noted, my comp time is limited and I wont I've only had time to judge today, please bare with me I should have more time to comment on all pieces tomorrow, so please do not remove any of your pieces until I can comment (I promise, this should be done by tomorrow night).

On this contest page, click on 'Enter New Poem'
Then in the title box, type in 'Reserve' with your chosen number. I then send you the prompt as a comment and you write based on the prompt, what you have written, you then edit into the reserve you have just made by clicking on your reserve piece and then using 'Edit' on the right hand side, edditing in or writing your poem in the main text box, also altering the title on the completed piece from 'Reserve' to whatever title you chose to use.
