This is my second contest and it is in honor of Halloween and all that is the Horror genre! It doesn't have to be scary if it is about Halloween. Anything goes if it doesn't break the rules. I prefer you enter one prewrite and one new write but it is not required. Please invite everyone you can, I want this to be a big hit so I can continue with my idea of contests! The more people that join, the harder I will try to gather more points to up the stakes! I will comment on most if not all poems unless I have time issues, but know my comments are sincere and typically critical but honest.
Have fun with it people, and I hope someone out there can actually impress me!
What I want:
- It can be a poem or a short story.
- Scare me! Horrify me! In anyway!
- Impress me with a poem about any aspect of Halloween!
- Amaze me with your twistedness, be it humor or horrifying!
- Make me laugh until it hurts my haunted soul!
- Disgust me with horrific imagination and deplorable creativity!
- Show me real horrors of life! Show me how scary reality is!
- A writing that can actually affect my mind as is suitable to Halloween times.

5. If you are easily offended, DO NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST!

8. I encourage you to read other entries to expand your own mind.

Horror and/or Halloween and/or Twisted or Dark Humor
It could be expressing the happy side of halloween-or it could be expressing the scary side. It could be poem or it can be short story. It doesn't have to scare me if it is about Halloween but of course, scary is best for me. You can write about simple trick or treating for all I care as long as it has something to do with Halloween.
Impress and horrify me with your talent!
