Hi All,
Autumn or "The Fall" is my favorite time of the year. It is right around the corner ya know!? The air is fresh and crisp, the leaves turn all sorts of beautiful colors,
(?Happy?)children are running off to school back packs full of knowledge. Such a great time of the year.
I would like for you to write some poetry explaining how, you too, love this season. I want some great imagery where I can almost smell the air and the leaves. I want you to talk about how good this season makes you feel! Make me feel great as the change of season is upon us!
Alot of times the change in the seasons also gives us an oppurtunity to have a change in the seasons of our lives, you may write about that too. I would love to read uplifting, joyful writes! Just have a great time and go with it!!

I love this contest, and yes I love autumn. It is cleansing and romantic...funny my son is up for a visit and peeling apples for me so I can bake a pie or two. When cinnamon fills the air ... yum! Apple pie and hot tea (or coffee) in front of the fireplace ... lights out and only the flickering of the fire. Who could ask for anything more?

spring is my fav. season...but i do see the appeal of autumn...it's just that ...with autumn comes winter but with spring there is summer after

It's my favorite too! People here are complaining because it shouldn't be this chilly, but I have a huge smile on my face. I absolutely love the beauty of dancing leaves on air, watching them flutter gentle to the earth. I enjoy drives on the highway especially. Because along both edges of road are trees. The trees are always different shades of fall hugging one another. Gorgeous. Bookmarked.
