My favourite from your list is "Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself."
So many people think that they are born with their personality and that it doesn't change--they are who they are. Not so. You may be born with certain traits and characteristics, but you are free to change as many as you like, it just takes some time and effort. The brain is constantly learning, growing, changing.
And if I can come up with a poetic way to say that, I'll enter!
