I'm in the mood for passing out comments and constructive criticism.
I'm likely to give critique, meaning I'll probably tell you why your poem might win or why it probably won't.
My favourite kinds of poems are short left-aligned free-verse with lots of gooey abstract imagery.
Short poems. 15 lines or less is great, but I'm not counting. This would be a good place to put all your quickie prewrites.
Short poetic prose works well, too.
So if you enter end-line rhyme, I'll probably tell you all the ways it could be free-verse. But if you're okay with that, enter whatever you want.
Enter something that hasn't been entered in a previous contest I've hosted.
Enter as many times as you like. Don't be shy! Don't feel bad! (I've put it so you can enter up to 99 times.
)
Closes when I feel like it, may reopen.
You can enter new things, too. Leave a message if you'd like a prompt to write something new with.
