Tribute to young native american warrior

In 2003 I was adopted by a Lakota Sioux family. My adopted sister/Pearl had a young son named James Franklin Little (Jimmy). He passed away in 2006 at 39 years old. He was a young warrior who had a problem with alcohol and never overcame it. He was a talented singer and drummer of a Native American band from the black hills. He called me Mom and I would love to find some beautiful poems that I could share with Pearl.
Even though he had a problem with the drink he was a warrior and that is what I remember. I am asking my AP friends to help me with a tribute.
Wish I had more points but this is all I have right now. **Update I was just given 1000 points to add to this** I am so grateful
**I was just given another 500 points** **I have been given another 300 points**
Connie

There are no rules!
I will accept pre-written if they honor Jimmy
