I have one contest open already. I don't care.
Write me a poem.
The challenge?
Make me cry. I want to bawl my eyes out. I'm not going to tell you what sort of stuff makes me cry. Just make me bawl.
If I don't like it, you won't win.
The winner?
The one that really does make me cry, or the one that comes closest.

Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on July 14
- Rewards: Gold: 400, Silver: 300, Bronze: 200, Honorable mention: 5 people
- Final notes: I would've given all 11 of the finalists trophies, but Kevin changed the HM amount.
The first two were not as well written as some of the prose in my opinion. But they were so... Me. They had to win. Please no one get insulted. The finalists blew me away and made me want to run and hide in a happy place. Congrats. I've got a few other contests open. I would truly love it if you talented poets would stop by.

...I'll be back for this one.
-
Edit: I have a poem already written for this one...though you've already read it before. However, it made me cry when I wrote it, and maybe it's what you're looking for. I may come back around and write a new one, but this one fits the bill quite well this time.
Would you allow two entries from one author?

-
Re-edit: Hehe...I just read the line above about one entry per person. Disregard the previous edit's question.
