"I have wandered these hills, found a sound in every valley and on each high peak. Among the snow, in the dull ache of summer heat. A hawk cried, eagle soared and somewhere a wolf told me he was there. Tiptoed deer passed me with acknowledgement in soft brown eyes. If I stay still, hear the noises of the deep woods; music in the tree's, how their leaves are a chorus to a blue day. I can find the blessings again, so long ago lost by pavements and city walls. For here in the heart of the country, I find myself young again, in love perhaps for the first time in my life, I can see the beauty at my fingertips and inside your eyes."
Take this piece of prose which I have had sitting in a notebook here and never finished...use it to inspire you to finish the prose or write me a poem from it.
DO NOT use the piece of prose for I will finish it one day lol...Just place it in your author's notes with due credit as inspiration.
Show me the beauty of nature and emotions, yourself or someone elses. I don't mind.
No epics...Big Ben chimes 12 strokes twice a day and I only got minutes in between to read these you know! If you reserve please finish it! I hate seeing ones that I have to forget about because you haven't completed.
Points may go up....
Pen me brilliance because I know you all can.
Take you time and edit for all you are worth to the end of the contest.
Okies...Shoo!!!! Write!!!!
