Thank You ALL for taking the time to pen!
I came into this contest with NO expectations- Mind Blank~
only I would be receiving Powerful entries
to Savor in however shape or form-...
Mattered not Adult- Spiritual- Love whatever~
I did NOT look at background etc-
only ingested Your words...
You have brought forth a Strong Voice from this Quote which was very thought provoking...Tugged hard!
I was Satisfied with messages!! Bravo!!
I could feel Your energy from within...
You each had brought much Imagery~
Loved it!!
Consistency throughout piece- how it pulled also level of energy was the deciding factor...
Decision was difficult~ Very~
each of You put alot of energy and I do Appreciate so I like to recognize for efforts...Gosh I was hungry, felt satiated by Your words...
You take the time, it is Precious, I don't like to waste. The least I can is award an HM to verses which did not place in the first three slots...
*******HM's in NO particular order...
Minimum line count of 7- had to be met to qualify for any placement- I need to follow my own standards...Thank You for Understanding...
I take much time in reading-commenting
so I feel it right to award for enlightening me!
Whether with Metaphor or without~
I have my fork and spoon ready to digest
what You write...
Note- I also recognize
that even though some did not place Gold- Your words are Golden...
I thoroughly enjoyed reading...
periodically I Host a Go for the Gold contests- for prewrites only~ Please enter Your piece if You have the opportunity to do so...

Gold: Oak Tree Of Survival
This piece very Powerful in energy exuded
and brought many images which tugged hard- it was difficult to choose between this verse and
-Sink Low In The Grass-
Both brought Strong underlining messages that could be heard-felt and conviction of whatever trying to convey... Emotions also felt in core-
I felt a hard nudge to choose this one- It was this feeling of passing on a seed- emphasis on seed- and reference I was given was Knowledge- with Courage to replant- Energy off the charts...
Loved the the overall package which it was why it placed Gold...
Silver: Sink Low In The Grass
Very Powerful piece with a plethora of images which came through I don't come into a contest with verse expectations-
This one had Strong images with consistency in energy also underlining message throughout. Rhyme Fantastic- Loved the way this was put together
which couldn't be overlooked, that is why it placed Silver.
Bronze: how did I let myself get here?
Powerful imagery also message and stunning Metaphors. Mattered not rhyme-form or free verse- I look at entire
package~ Each word digested and this one had a lot of energy put into it- I focused on images- and how words conveyed message- what could be felt the hardest... and why ....which is why this piece placed Bronze.
Each piece was Life Changing once again I might add...
Again- Thank You ALL for Your Contributions!!!
Until Next Time...
