First off, I know that the points to be rewarded aren't that high right now, but I do plan to raise them before the contest closes.
OK ........Now, Down to Business
Describe circumstances or situations where you feel completely happy and serene. Or, you could describe circumstances or situations that would be utter torment. You choose. I just like to be entertained. I prefer rhyme in poetry, but it isn't necessary. I like poetry with lots of imagery, emotion, and symbolism. I especially like poems that tell a story. So entertain me!
A few titles you could use to inspire you, but you can come up with your own of course:
1)Bleeding Serenity
2)Starving Torment
3)For You I Wept
4)Clothe Me In Stability
5)Newborn Peace
.... There are only a few because these are only here to inspire you, but in the end, a great poet writes best when frustration isn't involved. So, write what you want as long as it can entertain me. You could read my latest entry, Warrior of Topaz Moon, to understand what I mean by entertaining if you aren't certain.
PS
I don't have much of an AP family right now, so if you're interested in joining just pick from the list of positions I'll accept.
AP boyfriend (I don't do the whole AP husband/wife thing)
AP brother
AP sister
AP cousin
....I can have more than one brother, sister, or cousin. Only one AP boyfriend, so be sure to give me something great!!

Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on June 19
- Rewards: Gold: 400, Silver: 100, Bronze: 50, Honorable mention: 2 people
- Final notes: Thank you all for such great poems submitted in my contest. If I had known I would want to add others as honorable mentions then I would have kept more spaces for them. So, instead I'll put them here. 'A Mother' That is a wonderful poem. I'm unsure who wrote it, but I would like to be friends with her, if she'll clue me in on who she is. 'And' was also a great poem. If by chance your poem wasn't commented on, it was because your poem wasn't what I was looking for in this contest. However, I will get around to commenting on them. At a later date, as long as you don't remove them from this contest. Once again, thanks everyone!!
