    Looks like fun

    I'll be back with something.

  • I'll just point out that Roma is the more correct term for 'gypsy' because gypsy is actually offensive with bad connotations
I have prewrites about their culture though

We are conditioning ourselves out of saying anything soon it will bleep bleep and should be careful we don't predudice ourselves out of communicating with pollispeak

      • Would you really rather be able to say stuff over knowing you aren't potentially harming someone else with what you are saying?

It saddens me that we censor each other with trivial things and forget the real issues in the world if we clog ourselves up with this dribble about offending this or that person we may as well have Censorship in its full for ..that would really help us poets ...we must be able to laugh at ourselves ...for instance ...we call ourselves Bogans and Yobbos which are Aussie derogatory term and have a good laugh at it maybe you should lighten up I have friends who are Gypsies and proud of there wonderful rich heritage ..they are beautiful people and i will always know these people as Gypsies...How about you scream at people who wish to destroy this world with War that is killing our children or WORLD POVERTY or climate change , animal extinction those are real and need ALL OUR ATTENTION

    An appropriate Prewrite

Many Thanks for your consideration My Pre-write is called
"Gypsy Rose".....Though I share your apprehension re the
flooding of contests with pr-writes, some of our more thoughtful members set a dateline thus reducing the numbers
and enabling many appropriate Pre-writes to see the light of day, just a thought Best Wishes...George.....
