Poetic Device: Assonance - The repetition of vowel sounds in the words of the poem.
(Use of does not mean abuse of - do not over do.)




THE RULES:

1. Please left align.
2. Please no sticky caps.
3. Proper spelling, punctuation and grammar are required.
5. No cutting, suicide or self mutilation.
6. No erotica. Tastefully sensual is fine permitting it fits the subject matter.
7. Be creative, find a new path, avoid cliché, and be proud of what you write.

    Thank you all for your wonderful entries to this round of NO GREENS. You all did a terrific job of writing to the give prompt and we found ourselves immersed in what is truly wonderful verse.

    Please accept our apologies for the delays in judging this round. We have been plagued with pc problems on one end and my surgery on the other.

    In this round we way goodbye to Ronald Wiseman and paulcreates; two wonderful writers who we will miss. We wish you continued success as we follow your verse on AP. Thank you both for your participation.

    I didn't see this until just now, I will try but I doubt I can do a decent FV in just a couple of hours, a sonnet yes but not FV!!!
