Think of your favorite place, or an emotion stuck in your head, or the smell of your favorite person. Anything that makes YOU feel something strong, strong enough to write a beautiful poem. The sound of crackling leaves, or feeling the echoing creak of opening a brand new book. (I know I make no sense).
anything that inspires you, that's important to you. I find people's poems are usually better when its about something they care about.
