A few options here & there ♥

Hello my lovelies. My last contest was a huge sucess so here I am, foolishly starting another. This time I'm putting up options. Who doesn't like options? Let's start with the rules though...

 

Rules:

  1. Write with feeling.
  2. Any style will be accepted, unless stated by the prompt.
  3. Rhyme only if you can impress me.
  4. Swear as much as you want.
  5. Use as many options as you want, but only enter 2 pieces.
  6. If you reserve, try to write the poem within 24 hours of when you reserve. This rule does not apply to my favourites.
  7. Don't get butthurt if I judge your poem harshly. It's how I roll.

Points:

Points will be added as I see fit.

 

OPTIONS:

     Acrostic, use one of the following words as the side word.

  • Neverland
  • Home
  • Love
  • Agony

     Titles, use one of the following titles [same title cannot be used more than 3 times]

  • This house is not a home.
  • Crazy is the forecast.
  • We could be everything if you just let me try.
  • What if we could just...
  • Road Trippin'

     Quotes, use one as inspiration to write.

  • "I don't want my love to be easy; I want to feel."
  • "I need to know that it's possible for two people to stay happy together forever."
  • "I am a dog chasing cars; I wouldn't know what to do with it once I caught it."
  • "If you're a bird, I'm a bird."
  • "It's a thong!" [obviously make this humourous]

  • Tell me what you think about the quote "true love never dies." What does it say to you? Is it true?
  • Make up a persona using "Aryan" as your name. Write about your life, your troubles, or a time you'd like to share with us. [For those of you who don't know, Aryan was a "race" during WWII, selectively naming pure Germans. I don't expect Aryan to be a blonde hair, blue eyed German.]
  • Be inspired by your favourite song. Make sure you include what song it is and a link to the lyrics/video in your AN.
