Dark Fantasy Picture Prompt.

I love dark fantasy novels and also certain pictures appeal to me too and this is what this contest is all about.

I'm looking for deep and meaningful writes that are creative, powerful and make others think about what is being said. I want to feel the passion, heartache etc through the narrators voice. It can be a personal experience of yours mixed with a little bit of imagination...but make it good...I'm fussy.

NO RHYMES - FREE VERSE ONLY. NO SWEARING.

So there you go...you all have plenty of picture prompts to choose from...all you have to do now is pic one that appeals to you.

Rules:

I know you all hate them but there have to be some laid down. So here we go.

1) Please put what picture number you have chose in the option box otherwise you will be DQ'd.

2) No slagging off other entrants poems.

3) No Rhymes

4) No sticky caps

5) No longer than 50 lines.

6) NO PREWRITES, sorry.

7) Use spell check.

8) I don't want a description of what is in the pic. I want the story and your imagination that is behind it.

9) No Swearing.

There you go, that's it...give me your best, but make sure it's creative and meaningful. I want to see passion and hear the narrators voice.

    I think you have all waited long enough for the decision...so here it is! I have enjoyed reading all your poems very much, each one has been unique and had it's own voice.     I'll remove mine now and save you the bother. I don't know how many times this has happened to me. I take the time to wrote and the contest gets deleted becuase so many entries aren't enough

    i have had the same frustration with running contests. i have just entered and given you 18. i hope you keep this open. i have quit entering contests because of the deleting of them so often.
