Riiiiiiiiiiiiight, lovely people of AP I need your help
I'm feeling a little sorry for myself at the moment and I can't really explain why. It's just like although I may have changed for the better in the last year or so, this part of me misses what I had a year ago and right now I'm finding it kind of difficult to smile and be happy and cheery.
I left school a year ago and as expected, most of my group of "friends" went seperate ways and I truly got hurt by those who I thought were supposed to be my friends a couple of weeks back. Others, I just look at them and think they may be happy but I feel like I've been left behind. My last relationship also fell apart this time last year and I'm over him, but it's still difficult at times. A hug wouldn't go a miss some days.
What I'd like from you is your experiences, your feelings and maybe even how you got through it; have you grown apart from friends because of leaving school and going to college, or the move from college to university or have things just changed?
RULES:
**Prose is fine just try and not make it too long.
**Free verse is fine and so is rhyme although I find rhyme harder to judge as I don't write it myself.
**I'm not allowing pre-writes for the moment...see what fresh writes you can come up with, but requst and I shall consider.
**Reserve all you wish.
** 2entries per person.
** I will close this early if not enough people enter.
Any other questions or problems, just message me.
Points may go up.
