I'm ALIVE!

Okay. This is contest numero ocho! (Number 8) I have noticed that I have been a bit lax about telling people what they can work on. I just say, "well this is great" maybe this gives people a sense of hope. I don't know. So, this is a completely new side Of me no one has seen, and I don't know if anyone will like it.

*NEW* I am going to be using a point system. The majority of you are aware of what this is, but for those of you who do not, it is a system in which you are given points for criteria. In my system there will be a total of 80 points, each criteria worth 10 complete points. The criteria are as follows:

-Originality (I love original works, no cliche crap here)
-First Impression (What I saw when I looked at it without reading it.)
-Last Impression (What the whole poem did for me)
-Emotion (Did I feel the emotions in the poem?)
-Title (How well the title fit the poem)
-Structure (did it work for the write? Does it look good?)
-Word Choice (Did you use your words properly, and does it fit?)
-Prompt (Did your write fit the prompt(s)?)

Ok, this is something new for me, so this contest will more than likely take longer to judge. I will comment on every poem, and give you a critique based on your accumilated points.

!Heres for the options!

Option 1-I want to know how you feel about yourself. What do you see? Can be good or bad, doesnt matter.

Option 2-Who is one person that inspires you to do great things? How have they helped you

Option 3-Anything dark for this option

Option 4-Recoverin from an addiction? Can be anything, just be discriptive.

Okay, I may add more options later.

*Rules*

-Mark your poem based on its content
-Add option number in AN
-Have Fun
-NoNe Of ThIS
-Doesnt matter how long or short.

Have fun

  • Final notes:
Thank you all for entering my contest. I apologize for taking so long, but I am away from my home, and computer time has become scarce. In each of these poems, I was touched, and it hit me hard in every way possible. Honestly all of these poems were amazing, and I wish I could have chosen all of you. Unfortunately I couldn't, and I came up with the next best thing. Thank you all again, and continue to write.
