  This whole case sucks the big one. I live only a few miles from the bitch, and I swear, she should be happy she isn't out on the streets now. I am sure she will get hers in the end, justice prevails!

      I still say innocent until proven guilty. Even if it looks shady (I don't follow things like this) it isn't your place to make judgements.

        all the evidence againist her and you still think innocent until proven guilty? She will get what she deserves which is the death penatly since you know they do have enough damn evidence to make it a death penatly case!!! You really need to watch Nancy Grace more often and every other damn news channel!!! Like the band of caylees hair that was in her trunk??? why the hell would her daughters hair be in her trunk with that black root proving she has been dead for a period of time and every other family member was still alive...
        Damn your such a funny guy.. I have been following this story since it started!!!! Why dont you update yourself on a fews things and go look up the evidence before talking!

          i didn't even bother to read this entire message because obviously you didn't bother to read mine. I haven't followed this case so i have no idea what evidence you or anyone else has seen. however, i did manage to read your first few spelling errors so i know you are ignorant. which is fine. maybe she is guilty, i don't know but neither do you. the media doesn't know everything.
          
          this contest is certainly worth having. A little girl has died and that is nothing to take light of. however, your comments insinuating that the mother killed her are out of line...she has not gone to trial so that is considered slander. Whether she commited the crime or not, this is a public website and it is certainly not your place to decide.

          what you are doing with this contest is admirable, and although i haven't been completely following the case, no matter how guilty the mother looks or is, we can't declare her guilt until it is proven. we can say we believe strongly she is guilty due to evidence brought to us in the media, but it is still alledged until proven in a court of law.... no matter what we would like or what we even know to be true.
          truthfully, i believe from all that evidence, she will be proven guilty...it sickens me what was done with that little girl... i love kids and to think that something like that would happen to such innocence angers me.
          
          with that said, i just saw the replies to the contest, and thought that matt e. smith was getting stomped on for speaking his mind and standing up for the judicial process. he would be the first to stand up to help save a child and would kick the butt of someone hurting kids.
          
          good luck with your contest, and if nothing else, maybe it will help people like me who hadn't been paying as close attention to sit up and take notice. thanks for listening.

  this is one i cannot get into. how can one be so cruel. i believe she could have just left her child somewhere safe. The mom is a nut case and grandmothe rnot to far behind.

  I think this Is a wonderful contest I have been working on a poem for her ... I think that we should focus on the subject of this contest and pay tribute to this precious little soul that was taken away far too early.

  Nancy Grace sucks as a reporter. She is totally biased with anything she does. She is simply another prosecutor determined to win her cases for her own profit. Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Of course, we Americans are hypocrits for the most part so we won't allow that to happen.
