Chernobyl

This Sunday marks the 23rd anniversary of the nuclear catastrophe of Chernobyl (26 April 1986). Have we forgotten already?

Give me your thoughts.

I am not putting up any rules for this. Just use your common sense.

FIrst of all, thank you for taking the time to enter this contest!
I'm sorry for not commenting on the entries, but I have been really busy lately, I wasn't expecting school work to be so time consuming at the end of this term, some days I don't even make it to the computer... Once again, sorry. I will try to comment on your pieces as soon as I get around to it.

Ah. I had my idea for this poem, but realised just before I began to write that I had confused it with Hiroshima.
    Good contest.
