You never know....

I think it's time for a rounds contest. My last one failed horribly, and I'm hoping this one will do better.

Prewrites for this one, and only this one.

The turn out of poets decide how many people advance to the next round.

Let's see poets best it out with other poets around the world.

Only three rules.

No Dirty.Pretty.
No Super Emo, slicing of the wrist poems.(they creep me out)
Have Fun!

There is no line limit, but please, try and keep it within 100 lines.

Points will go up, as entries and quality do.

This rounds contest will have two judges, myself, and Matt E. Smith.

Enter, and have fun with this. You will all have two chances to wow us judges, with any prewrite of your choice.

If you want, feel free to enter a new write.

Each poem will be given a true and honest critique.

We have the power to DQ any poem we see unfit, but we will give an explanation why. Thank you all and have a wonderful day.

    Wow, this was really hard to judge. I really liked what you all entered. The finalists are in order from 98 to 90 from my scoring rubric and this was one of the hardest contests I've ever judged. Everyone in the prelims are going forward to the next round. Those who don't, thanks for entering and I really enjoyed your writes. Check out the gold, that is by far the highest score I have EVER given on my rubric. I was really impressed.
