Sickness has been nailing me to the ground for 4 or 5 years. I suffer from ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and my body feels like it's wearing a lead suit. My head has brain fog so it's like never being fully awake.
In the past other things have nailed me down, such as drug addiction, wrong attitudes on my part, worries, stress etc.
