ONE YEAR ON AP!!!

YAY!!! On April 4 it was my allpoetry birthday, so I'm having a contest! lol!


Basically, you can enter just about ANYTHING under 40 lines that isn't about sex, rape, drugs, etc... [[you get the point]] I prefer lighter moods but I'm good with some dark stuff too.

If you need help picking a topic, you aren't sure if I would like a topic, or if you have any other questions just ask. Or if you just want to talk, I'm good with that too.

"How do I get BONUS POINTS?" you might be asking... It's EASY! Just go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/overview/?ref=http://itunes.com and scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says "Top Songs" and "Top Movies." Pick a song or movie title and make it the title of your poem. Uhm...it has to be one of the top ten of the day you wrote it or else it wont count! BUT, it cannot have anything to do with the song or movie! That's plagiarism...in a way. If I feel that they are too similar, I will DQ it.


RULES:
1) Topics cannot be about: sex, rape, drugs, or gang related.
2) Nothing over 40 lines. I will DQ it without warning if it is 41 or over. [[Sorry]].
3) NO WHINNING! Last time I had someone message me that was cussing me out because their poem was 30 lines over the limit. I won't take that.
4) If you do the bonus points thing with iTunes, you need to say you did that option. [[Remember: This is completely optional]].
5) IMPORTANT!!! You can enter two poems total...one can be a pre-write BUT if you enter two, the other poem HAS to be a new write! I will know if you entered two pre-writes. [[But you can enter two new writes ]]


Pretty easy contest, huh? Yeah, I thought so too.
