    I did that once, and honestly I was so nervous over it all I could do was park ten cars down from the one scratched, I really felt so horrible, it wasn't my car I was driving and well, take it from there....

      I can imagine how frazzled your nerves were. I have not had this experiece exactly, but I did have a passenger of mine open the door of my van and it hit a very nice car next to us. I was quite frazzled then, and of course extremely upset with my passenger because she had opened the door so roughly.
      I got out and looked at the other car, and there was a nice scratch with an associated dent with paint from my van around it. I left a note under the windshield wiper with my phone number and insurance information, and surprisingly nothing was filed.

    I like the look of this contest.
    The only question I'm not sure about my answer for is 'if someone stabbed you with a butter knife?'.. difficult to imagine - would I fall over and bleed to death, kick his/her arse, run for help, or something else. Who knows!
