Enough of the Deadly Sins Already.

The contests for the seven deadly sins have been a dime a dozen since I have been a member of AllPoetry. Some really good poetry has been born of such contests, but, frankly, the topic has become too commonplace to inspire even my darker side any more.

So, how about something different.

I want poems about one or more of the 9 Fruits of the Spirit.

You can approach the topic any way you choose. You do not have to be any particular faith to enter the contest. I want poems inspired by these fruits from whichever perspective is personal to you. Your write can be light or dark, hopeful or not, spiritual or not.
