Juls (fortyninereasons) and I are off on a two month vacation to the USA and Ireland and I'd like some goodbye and good luck poems for our trip. We are packing in quite a bit in the two months so give us some poems of where we will be or what to see or just what fun we will have. Our itinerary is:

sighs I wish we could lol but time is the enemy...We are going to stay with Lady Ireland in Belfast,I am going back to find my roots and march in the Easter Parade, she has asked me to carry her brother's photo and I am humbled by the honor. Then to Donegal, we will have a car so we will tour all over. Will be there for 2 wks. I so want to get to Kildare to see the Irish National Stud of course to Dublin where I plan to chain myself to Bono's house

My Aussie sister is also coming to the States, but in June, and she also coming to Minneapolis where I and her brother and multiple nieces and nephews live. Minnesota is a great place -- just hope it won't too cold for you!

How strict are you about the 40 words rule? I've written a poem about Ireland, but it's 4 stanzas of 7 lines each - much too long, I fear ( I didn't notice the 40 word restriction at first).

I don't know what i have let myself in for...nor Ireland for that matter...mad and mader is coming to meeee!!!!!!! well babes we should add Giants causeway and the Carrick a creed rope bridge to this list, this is on our Antrim coast and it's scarey...
