I am so excited!
This is my first time hosting a contest, and I am looking forward to reading a lot of wonderful poems. I am wanting to feel like dreams can come true, so there are a few types of poems I am looking to read:
1) Dreams that have come true for you - I want to know what dream came true, how it felt, and how it changed your life, etc.
2) Dreams that you want to come true - I want to know what dream you have that you really want to come true, how it will feel when it does, how it will change your life, etc.
3) Dreams that have come true for others - I want to know what dreams you've seen come true for someone else, how it changed them, and how it made you feel.
4) Dreams you've helped make reality - I want to know what dreams you've made come true, how it felt to you, and how it changed your life.
So, there are 4 types of "When Dreams Come True" poems I am looking for. I am not asking for any specific style of poetry. Feel free to submit prewrites that fit what I am looking for, but I would like to see poetry written especially for this contest.
You may submit up to 8 entries, and I will read and comment every single one.
I look forward to a great contest and some great poetry. Towards the end of this contest I will see if an increase in points is deserved, and will add points across the board...if I have enough.
Thanks for entering this contest.
Hugs,
Lauren
P.S. Thanks so much to the two wonderful people that donated points for this, and possibly another contest.
I love you both.
OK. I am closing this contest early as it seems interest has plummeted. I will begin judging as soon as the 2 reserves are completed. Thank you for everything.

What kind of dream do you mean? A dream in one's sleep, or an ambition flavoured dream? It doesn't matter to me, I shall write what I want (
), but I like to ask things.

Thank You
I guess I should have been more specific. lol The answer to your question is...either way. If a dream that you had in your sleep came true I'd like to hear that. If an ambitious dream came true I'd like ot hear that too. Either way will create some really awesome poetry I think, and I look forward to reading a lot.
Thank you.
Hugs,

Makes sense. I will start my poem right away, and hope that I manage to write what I mean.
