ABUSE!

After Reading Griswolds piece this afternoon, as some of you may have seen my piece in response: "Yesterday Has No Hold" I am pissed off at a remark made.

NO ONE, I mean NO ONE deserves to be abused...
Abuse comes in many different forms.
TODAYS CONTEST WILL BE ON CHILDREN...
This one really pisses me off. Children, innocent & pure, stripped their dignity and respect, torn in two, beaten, ect.
A large margin of these children taken down by their OWN mom and dads, families....
Frightened, they have no voice.
WE ARE THEIR VOICE... STOP THE DAMN MADNESS!!!

Many of these pieces literrally broke my heart. Many had me in tears..many show hope.
You all did a wonderful job. I wish I could give each one a trophy.
The pieces were chosen by how they made me react. After a long time reading and rereading, I chose the four.
Boosierboogers piece blew my mind, thank you.
second and third were pretty dang close.
please DO NOT Think because your piece didnt get trophys they werent good, they all were perfect by the hands that had penned them. I was going by impact.

My heart goes out to anyone going through abuse, of any kind. I was sexually abused as a child. I can't write about it. It's too painful.

Hay sweet thing, don't go letting people piss you off. You know that just gives them power. Who cares what they think. Stuff em. They count for nothing in your world so don't draw them into it. You are better than that.

thank you, it was mostly do to a contest, but over the past few days I seem to have forgotten it and want more for the cause then getting even.
These pieces are heartwrenching.
