Use The seasons as a metaphor for aging.
Cliche` I know but it's my contest and I like it.
Any form will do ... I happen to love rhyme
but free form is nice too if it's good. Form is great too ...
sonnets are beautiful if they fit the subject at hand.
If you are a graphic artist and want to make a border/background
that fits the poetry that is fine so long as I can read it without hi-lighting.
If you aren't sure what a metaphore is, a clue is:
spring: youth
winter: old age
you figure out the rest
Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on March 2
- Rewards: Gold: 400
- Final notes: congratulations. I think the contest was misunderstood so for those of you who were removed don't feel bad, it was my fault and next time I will try to make more things clear ... or things more clear.

Good luck to everyone in the contest.
Although my muse is more than sparked, I'm just going to take a seat this time and enjoy the beauty in other people's works.
