Final notes:
This is has been an awesome contest for me, until I had to judge it!

Then I came to the realization that I had to weight each entry against others. Some of these entries were good poetry, some were insightful stories and others were a healthy balance between the two.

It is easy to be influenced and hard to be impartial. I give up on being a perfect judge. It won't happen.

I am just glad that all of you were willing to share these private stories and help validate my own experiences.

The top 4 have done some extraordinary work. Their poems just linger in my memory. It is images and thoughts that keep echoing that got them to the top.

All of you gave me incredible work. This is one of the most talented contests that I have judged.

I have never seen someone go inside and write of their thoughts as you have. You did a great job of 'showing' that genius and psychic ability go hand in hand with mental illness and mental disorders.

i'm an empath & also have bouts of psychic activity... as in, i cant bring it on it kind of happens when it chooses to happen like reading numberplates on cars when never seen the car and not near it but someone i know is.
i also have this worrying thing that most things i wish for negative happen used to happen lots when i was fueled by anger...like if wished for someone to be in car crash, they did normally coincidence would cover this but without fail each time? frightens me.
would love thoughts on that one but very good group idea. nice one.

My gifts is dream, symbol and 6. divination and 9. any psychic gift of your understanding. I come family who believe in gifts given to people. Some people were given different gifts. My mom could discern evil from good. My dad could see in the future he had a knack of knowing when some one was going to die. I would like to save a place then do some researh. My books got packed away I will be working on it.
