so this is my first contest, I hope i get some good results
Ok so here's the deal, there is this girl on my track team. she is one of the best on the team, she is fun, she always seems happy and she tries hard. But I've noticed healed scars on her wrists, and new cuts on her stomach, meaning she cuts herself. i can relate with her because i used to cut to, and both me and her are the last people you would expect to cut ourselves. We're not great friends but we are friendly.
Anyways, this is where you come in- Write me a poem i will give to her anonymously telling her she is not alone, to stay Strong and that she is beautiful and someone always cares/notices.
if you are a cutter, or a recovering cutter give me a poem saying what you would have wanted to hear, or what you wish someone would tell you.
I really hope i get some good poems.
now this is where i put the rules
-from now on (people who have already entered do not have to do this) put "mint chocolate icecream" in the autor notes so i know you read this
-I'm not to picky on length, if it says what i want it to say its fine, but please limit it a bit, no monster huge poems
-Rhyme, no rhyme, what ever, as long as it says what it needs to say i dont care
-not adult stuff please. and no dark emo "I'm cutting myself" poems, this is supposed to inspire her, not trigger her
-Oh, spelling could matter less to me, as long as i can figure out what the word it i dont care (I'm sure this is full of spelling errors)
-i will judge this as quickly as possible, and i will try to comment on every poem.
